Yogurt dip with 5 Olive oil & Dry herbs
Quick and easy to make
Provides 12% of the daily need of calcium 12% and 30% of Vitamin K (~3TBS)
Experiment with different dry herbs, anything goes!

Ingredients
- 1 cup of Greek Yogurt 2%
- 2 TBS 5 Olive oil (or to taste)
- 3 TBS Fresh Lemon Juice (or to taste)
- 1 TBS Dry Oregano
- 1 TBS Dry Thyme
- 1 TBS Dry Parsley
- 1 tsp Salt
Execution
- In a medium bowl, add all ingredients except the lemon juice, and mix well. Add lemon juice in the end and mix until combined.
- Accompany with whole grain crackers. Tip: for a lighter dish, choose cut up fresh vegetables, such as carrots, cucumber, broccoli and cauliflower.
